Coming from a foodservice background, Kenny Hewitt recognised a need in the market for a high quality seafood purveyor to handle the demand in the hotel and restaurant industry. From that realization, he launched his own company, Premium Seafood Ltd. in July 2002 and has not looked back since.

Family-owned and operated, our company has grown by leaps and bounds, moving from “two men in a van,” up to our current staff complement.
Along with the trusted quality of our products, it is the strength of our service that has instilled confidence in our clients who include some of the top hotels, restaurants and villas on the island.

OUR SHOP
One of our biggest accomplishments occurred in 2018 when we relocated from our original location to our own state of the art facility in Lancaster, St James.
Our Shop specializes in the best quality seafood and meat. We offer a range of pastas and other dry goods, sauces, seasonings, condiments and more. The perfect accompaniments all in one convenient location.
